Global Citizenship

In PATHS we heard a story about Trevor Ferrell, a once 11 year old boy from Philadelphia, who noticed a problem in his city regarding homelessness. He started helping the homeless and had such an impact, that he now has shelters and a company to help the homeless in Philadelphia.
Ms Woods then showed a video of a 4 year old boy, also from America, who noticed homeless people in his area. He used his pocket money to buy them burgers and after a news report aired about him, Burger King offered free burgers to this child to hand out to the homeless people in his area. Both stories got us discussing food banks in our local area too.

No matter what age you are, you can make a difference. ๐Ÿ˜
