Firstly, a big thank you to all our little folk and our parents for making World Book Day such a success! Brilliant!
Our little folk have been very busy at home with their Big Bedtime Read packs and our Happy Healthy Kids and Ages and Stages home learning activity packs…..it is wonderful to see our little ones so engaged.
This month sees Spring enter nursery and we have started work on setting up a nursery farm….it looks like a livestock farm so far with growing of vegetables and fruit to follow ☺️
We are looking at how things grow…from us….to animals….to seeds. Using our recycled milk cartons with our photos on the front, we have planted some cress seeds in the hope of a few green hairstyles appearing soon! Using larger jars, we have been starting work on planting onions and beans to make our own individual vegetable gardens ….all great practice for when we can get planting in our nursery garden or the poly tunnel that is beginning to take shape outside of our nursery playground. We look forward to sharing our new adventures there very soon!
