Year 7

This year, there are 25 pupils in Year 7 and we are being taught by Mr Johnston.

This year looks a little bit different for everyone due to Covid19. We have been adjusting to a number of new routines including social distancing, regular washing/sanitising of our hands and using Google Classroom more in the home setting. We also are being taught in the Assembly Hall this year so we officially have the biggest classroom in the school. Woohoo!

This is our final year in Primary School and we are determined not to let Covid19 spoil it.

We are really glad to be back in school now for our final term in Kesh Primary School before we make the big move to secondary school.

This term, as part of our 'Back To The Future' theme, we are studying the Titanic, finding out all about it's construction, passengers and tragic sinking. We are currently reading a really interesting novel about the Titanic called; 'The Titanic Detective Agency'. After this, we will be moving onto our 'Are You Wise?' topic which will take in a number of more sensitive and mature issues such as alcohol, smoking, drug use, online safety, electrical safety and perhaps the Euros. We will also be working through transition activities to ensure we are fully prepared for our big move to secondary school.
