Terrific Teeth
We have been learning all about how to keep our teeth healthy and the functions of our different teeth. We carried out an experiment to find out the effects of vinegar, coke, orange juice and water on teeth. We oredicted that the eggs might melt, crack or explode! The results surprised us quite a bit when we found that the orange juice caused a layer of shell to rub away from the egg, the coke turned the egg shell brown, the water had no effect and the vinegar dissolved the egg shell and made the egg bouncy! We are going to make sure we make healthy food and drink choices and make sure we brush our teeth twice a day and when we have sugary treats!
