We have been looking at our earth and how astronauts travel into space.  We built our own space rocket in nursery and many the trio has been taken off into deepest darkest space.  On our travels we even discovered some very hungry aliens who like to eat Pom poms so we feed them carefully with tweezers! Lots if us have made our own space junk art models and painted beautiful planets for our imagination and using books about space around the setting. 
 

This month we have also launched our Big Bedtime Read home lending packs. We have been looking at how we can follow a good bedtime routine and with our grown ups help at home we are hoping to have lots of bedtime stories too. 
 

As part of road safety week we are also looking at how we can keep safe in the dark winter evenings and are learning about animals that like to come out in the night and others that only come out in the day like us!
