    2nd January 2021
    Dear Parents/Guardians
The Minister of Education has confirmed that Primary School children should be taught remotely until Friday 8th January 2021, due to the dramatic increase in Covid-19.
Kesh Community Nursery will open for all pupils on Thursday 7th January and Friday 8th January 2021.
Kesh Primary School will open on Thursday 7th January and Friday 8th January 2021, Only for Vulnerable Children and Children of Key Workers for Supervised Learning.
Please refer to 'Latest News' on school website for definitions.
All other children should be taught remotely. Class teachers will post the work on Wednesday evening for Thursday and Thursday evening for Friday.
Supervised Learning is not 'face-to-face' teaching it is being supervised in the school building doing the same activities as the children at home.
Those children attending school will need to bring a Packed Lunch.
Arrival and Pick up times will be the same as previously in the Autumn Term.
I would encourage use of own transport however if you have no alternative than school bus, please contact school on Wednesday 6th Jan (9am-3pm) .
We look forward to all pupils returning on Monday 11th January 2021.
Thank you for your co-operation and understanding at these challenging times.
    Jill Parkinson
    Principal
